Payment Options

When you are ready to checkout you may choose from the following options:

Checkout Now - Payment options include: Direct, On-Site Payment with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through Braintree; PayPal* or; USPS Money Orders.

Checkout with PayPal* - You may use this option to pay using the available funds in your PayPal account, via BillMeLater or with VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit/debit cards. Credit card payments can also be made through PayPal* without needing to create a PayPal* account.

NOTE: The Merchant Name on your Credit Card Receipt(s) will be: Dezign Zoo.

*IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: If paying with a PayPal Account the Ship-To address on your order MUST match the confirmed Ship-To address associated with your PayPal account. If addresses do not match your order will be cancelled and refunded (less the $0.30 PayPal transaction fee).

Payments must be in U.S. currency and/or sourced within the United States.

All methods of payment will create a personal store account that will enable you to return and check the status of your order, speed up future purchases and receive your return customer discount. If you do not wish to create a store account be sure to check the box for completing checkout without creating an account. Return Customer Discounts will not be applied to future orders unless a store account has been created.

Email / Phone - If you would rather not pay through our website I can either take your payment information by phone or email you a PayPal invoice. If you would prefer either of these options please complete your order and click the "Checkout Now" button, choose "Money Order" as your payment method and send an email to: [email protected] and request payment by phone or PayPal invoice. - Be sure to include your phone number and the best time for me to call and add Dezign Zoo with the above email address to your email address book.

MONEY ORDERS: Send a U.S. Postal Service Money Order with a copy of your invoice to the address provided on your order confirmation. - Since many of my items are retired, one-of-a-kind, and/or I only have one of each in stock, Money Orders must be received within 7 days of purchase. I will notify you as soon as I have received your payment and let you know when your order will ship.
