All items are guaranteed to be as described. I do my best to include photographs of the actual piece(s) you will receive however, in some cases it may be necessary to use stock photos from the manufacturer. Regardless, due to the fact that many of my items are individually hand-crafted and/or hand-painted, slight variations should be expected.

Returns are accepted and refunds gladly given upon original item receipt and inspection. When you receive your order, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me immediately so that I may have the opportunity to address your concerns and provide a prompt and appropriate solution. I not only stand behind every item I sell, by using Google Checkout or Paypal to pay for your purchases you are protected by their respective buyer protection policies as well!
