A favorite Christmas memory of this Trail Of Painted Ponies artist is standing on her tiptoes for a closer look at a frosting-laden cookie-house atop her grandmother’s dark wood table. Many years later, she would think how wonderful it would be to create her own Holiday treat – a pony made of gingerbread wearing candy cane, gum drops and sprinkles instead of a traditional saddle and bridle.
